Punta Sayulita is a 10has. point of land in the heart of the Riviera Nayarit in Mexico. Mr. Burr worked with the Architect and Owners to create what has become a community within a community – preserving the site’s  native vegetation with careful siting of homes and a restrictive road system that effectively eliminates the automobile. Punta Sayulita includes a protected Beach Club and 62 homes, all designed in a pavilion-style palapa architecture at home along the Mexican Pacific Coast.

Mr. Burr/Mr. Coleman were Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager respectively, responsible for the design and implementation of this project while with VITA.
