Porto Ixtapa is the first developed project for Posadas de Mexico, currently one of Mexico’s largest hotel and resort operators. In the early 90’s we were contacted to provide a Master Plan for this exclusive, 12has. hillside property overlooking the newly completed Marina Ixtapa and the Pacific Ocean. A mix of residential products were combined in clusters around a private marina, Yacht Club and exclusive 50-room Inn.
