The Madison Golf Resort is a 377has. golf/residential community designed to respond to the growing needs of nearby Buenos Aires. It was designed to function in conjunction with the existing Four Season’s Resort in Carmelo, Uruguay. Mr. Burr provided overall planning assistance in collaboration with Kelly Blake Moran (Golf Course Architect), and provided precise Site Design for Phase One, including a Golf Club House, 266 residential lots, a Polo Club and Stables, and pedestrian and equestrian trail systems connecting to the resort. Specific to this plan was collaboration with Hydraulic Engineers to assure proper design and management of a large and otherwise flood-prone area of the project in a most environmentally sensitive manner.
