The Inn at the Woodlands is a 75ac. site that includes a 268-room Conference Resort, a 16ac. lake, 150 lakeside condominiums, the Dick Smith National Swim and Diving Center, a major Tennis Center, and a 75,000sf  Retail Center that includes dining and entertainment venues. A lake separates the private and public functions of the project and provides frontage for golf and residential uses. This Conference Resort was among the first phases of The Woodlands New Town. It is one of the nation’s first Conference Resorts and continues to serve as a model for conference resort design.
