Completed in 1905, Hayes Mansion is on the National Register of Historic Buildings and was renovated to function as a regional Conference Center. The grounds were reconstructed, preserving and relocating numerous date palms and other heritage trees, and adding 70 guest rooms to complement the Mansion, along with a swimming pool, dining terrace and outdoor function areas.
