At Gozzer Ranch overlooking the west shore of Lake Coeur d’Alene, Mr. Burr carried out the Master Planning for this 650ac. land holding around the 100-year-old Gozzer Farm. The project was developed by Discovery Land Company. Much of the pastureland was utilized as open space, soaring basalt bluffs served to set off the Tom Fazio designed golf course, an offsite lakeside restaurant was expanded to include a marina and swimming club, an extensive trail network was designed, as well as an aggressive reforestation program for previously logged areas.

Mr. Burr/Mr. Coleman were Principal-in-Charge and Project Manage respectively, responsible for the design and implementation of this project while with VITA.
