In 2009, we were engaged to help create a proposed Agrotourism Destination paired with a Beachfront Residential Resort in Jose Ignacio, Uruguay. This included a 877has. working Estancia, Hotel and Wellness Spa with a 31has. Beachfront Resort Community. The Estancia was seen as a fully sustainable working ranch including organic agriculture and vineyards. Separated by about 25km., these facilities are worlds apart in experience but were to operate jointly, offering unique Uruguayan experiences of beach and gaucho lifestyles.
